-Processed foods are an illusion, often appearing to be healthy (with claims like low fat, low carb, vitamin fortified, no trans fat, contains omega-3s, etc.) when these foods are in fact the very thing making a lot of Americans unhealthy, sick, and fat.
So as I wonder if it’s weird that I like oranges with SALT and then I read an article and realize I need to kick the salt. I mean I don’t eat much of it that I think but then I realized I don’t really read packages for sodium intake that’s another thing I’m going to add to my list!
On another note lately I’ve been feeling reaaaallllllly sluggish and I don’t feel like exercising or anything I need help!! I’m not going to progress like this any ideas?

Well today was blah, I managed to watch Dexter, Desperate Housewives, Grey’s Anatomy, The secret life of American teenager, and Weeds and about 3-5 episodes of each, talk about couch potato! I couldn’t put my baby down because she’d cry I’m starting to think I’m coddling my baby because lately she’s been such a cry baby when I put her down which is no good so I sat there on the couch while she slept. So on top of sitting on a couch, keeping baby from crying…I managed to eat somewhat bad :-/ such as; ramen, fried sound steak, mashed potatoes well that’s all the bad stuff I ate. I haven’t walked in almost an entire week and only did 22 min of aerobics today.
So that’s my day feel very unsuccessful.
I’m curious are there any mothers out there that have a young baby 1-4 months old who are trying to workout? What are you’ll method I can’t seem to find enough time to do anything my baby tends to need 100% of my attention! I worked out today at 11:30pm when she finally stayed asleep.
