Workout day 2

I walked again today and used my cardio trainer app.

Walked 2.63 mil and consumed no more than 1600 calories!

Breakfast: 2 egg whites & yogi green tea

Snack in between: 2 banana & tbsp of peanut butter.

Lunch: 8 oz. steak no sauces and no sides (can’t help it my husband a carnivore) & water

Snack in between: another banana lol and apple juice

Dinner: Peanut butter sandwich & glass of 1% milk.

Snack after that to be cont’d (probably an apple & a peach)

I feel good yay!

First workout.

We bought a stroller today so I was able to walk with baby yay! I am gradually going to start working and today I was my first walk. I walked 2.2 miles slowly and I also started using an app to log my calorie intake and my workouts! Woot woot! Beginning of a new life style.

Changes

I’ve decided to gradually start working out again now that I seem to have a bit more energy and also eat healthier. For those who don’t know I’m postpartum I had my baby Aug 27th and was told not to do anything really for 6 weeks and well I’m at 4weeks so I think I’m going to gradually get into working out. So today I also went to do some grocery shopping because we were lacking food and it would mean we’d eat out or eat ramen, etc so yeah I went and I bought most of the usual stuff because honestly I don’t really buy white bread or whole milk, etc but instead of 2% milk I bought 1% instead of regular yogurt I bought low fat things like that I changed. I’m going to try and completely stay away from soda(sorry dp I’ll miss you) chips, fast food and so on. Tomorrow I’m going to start doing several core exercises which I’m going to look up on youtube and I want to go walking but I really need to look for a stroller because carrying a baby around although it might strengthen my arm it’s not something I look forward too, so I might start walking once I get a stroller which I’m already looking for. I haven’t decided yet if I’m going to post a before and after but I will see what I decide. I’m really serious about losing this baby fat because I don’t fit into any of my clothes and I refuses to buy a size bigger because it’s not me I’ve never been big and I don’t plan to start. I might sound conceided(sp?) but I’m not I just get really depressed having a gut I don’t feel attractive and I know people have it worse but this is my worst and I need to fix it unless I want to fall into depression.

This is what I will do maybe log my weight? Goal weight? I know muscle weighs but if I lose fat and gain muscle I should still weigh less right?

Weight: 130lb

Weight before baby: 108lbs 

Goal weight: 105lb 

This is going to be a challenge for me because I’ve never been fond of working out but I need this badly now so I will do it.

This is the program I want to eventually start doing hopefully sooner then later 

well I’m logging out pretty tired now.

Traded my phone today I’m happy I did. I originally had the evo 4g but it just didn’t take very good pictures and my husband had the samsung epic and well his took great pictures so I was jealous lol I won’t admit that to him tough anyways I got the samsung epic as well and I like it!

Ugh.

So baby is asleep, I’m tired and want to sleep but I don’t feel like laying down because I feel crappy pretty stupid eh? Anyways so I’m getting a little depressed here I need to find something to do that A. Doesn’t involve driving because I don’t have a car and B. Doesn’t involve much or any money and a baby could tolerate. Any ideas? If so tell me about them.

So I know I have friends but they’re not around AND I live to far and not saying it’s me or them but no one really even texts me lol wow I sound pitiful but it’s true. I have myself and baby and the insanity that’s slowly creeping up on me. As I mentioned before I need to learn to knit or something I guess I should look that up.

On to something else I really been enjoying music by Indie Arie, Alicia Keys, Corinne Baily Rea (sp?) and Adele I like this genre hmm if they’re all even in the same genre anyways baby awake her time now. Ciao!

Hello.

Well, well I almost forgot about you tumblr. So I had my baby girl on Aug. 27th.

She’s 3 weeks now and she’s a pain. I never thought babies needed so much attention and wow do they poop like crazy!! Anyways sleep has been limited and well I look a mess I can’t wait till she’s old enough to hold her own head up she’s in a delicate stage right now. 

On another note I enrolled on 2 online classes thinking it would be possible and I’m yet to open my books and I’m almost a month into the class. I need to stay more focused I read a quote the other day by Earl Nightingale that motivated me I hope to follow through and study.

Hmm…I’m in a chatty mood today I been reading blogs on crafts such as; knitting and sewing I really would like to do some stuff I suppose I can knit but haven’t had much time. I also hope to start working out and maybe I’ll update my blog daily, weekly or whatever. I have 20 lbs to lose :-S which is a lot BUT I don’t fit into my clothes anymore which is a bit depressing. I won’t go into complaining about that I will leave that for another post.
