Today is going to be an interesting day. My husband and I are going to my dads house for lunch and his friends house for dinner…I feel a calorie overload will be in the mist. After weighing in today and losing weight I don’t know how I am going to do it with all this food. I don’t want to gain it all back today must stick to moderation, moderation!
