HW: 153 (pregnant)
SW: 104 (before baby #1)
AW: 123 (before baby #2)

AW Now: 140 (after baby this is what I was. stuck on)
CW: 134 (working on it…) 132 (still on it…)

GW: 115

UGW: to fit back into clothes, even if I weigh more then my GW due to muscle.

My babies are now 20 months & 3 months old.

…yoga time!

Yesterday I did yoga, 30 mins on treadmill.

Today I did yoga again, mowed the lawn for 2hrs and walked 1 mile….I’d say I’m on a row!

….now time to do some morning yoga before church

Gave myself two days off from C25K now time to start week 2 and figure out what other form of exercise I will be doing.

Day 6 & 7

Well since we got home from NOLA things have been up and down. Had to get back in routine of getting up several times a night and picking up after my cute but destructive daughter and my eating has been fair but could be better. 

Next week I hope to start fresh and record my weight and do a weigh-in every two weeks oh and slowly add walks, etc as the weather gets nicer. 

Anyways must tend to my children now. Laters.

Day 3 FAIL

I ate well for 9hours!! Then it was lunch time and my hunbby took me to a small seafood shack with nothing but fried food :( and on a trip where ALL you have is fast food or restaurants it’s hard to stay within my calorie intake ugh quiet frustrating. Tomorrow is a NEW day so I’m not giving up. I’ll be guessing what I’ll eat tomorrow…breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

So far New Orleans is cold lol it’s cold everywhere grr… goodnight people! I’m sleepy been up since 3:30am.

Day 3 clean eating so far

Well I’ve been up since 3:30am and I’m pretty tired, sitting in a car is no fun. Before heading out this morning we had 1 whole wheat pancake with organic amber agave nectar and egg/egg white scrambled. It’s 10:00am now and I’ve also had cluster of grapes, extra thin pretzel, a couple dark chocolate goji and raspberry snack and water of course. So far so good no fast food stops. I still have lunch and dinner to think about we’ll see how it goes.

Day 2 clean eating = success

Today went well, ate healthy and didn’t crave junk food. Calorie counting really works for me because I’m more cautious of what I eat and I can see at the end of the day how I did. I learn how to stretch the calories by eat my reg three meal low cal and snack in between so I dont starve. So I usually have fruit or baby carrots for snacks. :) today I was munching on organic romaine lettuce like a rabbit would or the way you’d eat chips lol ah plain o’ salad no dressing, nada.

Unfortunately as good as I’m doing today I’m guessing tomorrow will be a disaster because we are going on a small vacation and there will be a lot of eating out. I’m going to try my best and watch what I eat. Night.

Day 2 of clean eating

Time to start losing weight. I haven’t started working out yet purely clean eating for now because my kids are still sick and I don’t have time to do anything my two month old is a handful and my 1.5yr old manages to destroy the house all on her own. I have to wake up extra early to just get a shower in lol. So I’m on at 1, 700 cal diet to lose 1lb a week for now and as I get more time I’ll incorporate walks then run, etc.

Yesterday I made a lentil soup so I’ve been eating on that and fruit/veggies. I’m trying not to drink my calories so I’m sticking to water and teas unless I drink milk. Anyways it’s a start until I can get into a workout routine.

This weekend will be a challenge because we are taking a mini anniversary vacation so eating out is all we will do :/ I’ll try my best to eat the healthiest thing on the menus for sure.
