Time to start losing weight. I haven’t started working out yet purely clean eating for now because my kids are still sick and I don’t have time to do anything my two month old is a handful and my 1.5yr old manages to destroy the house all on her own. I have to wake up extra early to just get a shower in lol. So I’m on at 1, 700 cal diet to lose 1lb a week for now and as I get more time I’ll incorporate walks then run, etc.
Yesterday I made a lentil soup so I’ve been eating on that and fruit/veggies. I’m trying not to drink my calories so I’m sticking to water and teas unless I drink milk. Anyways it’s a start until I can get into a workout routine.
This weekend will be a challenge because we are taking a mini anniversary vacation so eating out is all we will do :/ I’ll try my best to eat the healthiest thing on the menus for sure.
