Sorry I didn’t really post anything this weekend but my friends came over from Texas, so I was busy!
So we did the 5k yesterday and we had a blast! My husband did it in 28 mins and I did it in 33 mins! I woke up pretty sore today but all is good :-)
Anyways today is Sunday so time for church and family then back at on Monday I’m pretty motivated to do more running now!
2.2 miles- walk outdoors & treadmill
20 squats - my knee hurts really bad right now and I don’t think I could do 75 more :-/

Yesterday went okay I’m trying to adjust to my husband new work schedule. He works overnight now so he’s home during the day but he’s sleeping so I have to make sure kids aren’t being loud and wake him up.
Anyways yeah that’s my life right now so exercise wise I did…
30 Day Shred
I really want to get on treadmill at night to wind down but never have energy for it. Hopefully I’ll be more motivated today…yesterday I really struggled because I did not want to workout and I don’t feel like today either :-/ why am I losing motivation??

I still hope to get on the treadmill tonight but we will see and I’ve been wanting to start my plank challenge…maybe today.

No picture of yesterday’s day. I basically only did 60 squats, 50 jumping jacks and a lot of house work.
There’s not much else to write about yesterday so I hope to update with today’s progress.
