Life has been so busy that I forget to get on here, but no worries I’m always trying to eat healthier, exercise and always trying to stay focused on what I want to achieve in every aspect of my life. #tiredmotherof2 #motherstudentwife
I haven’t posted anything personal lately because I really haven’t had the time, sorry! I’ve been dealing with school and well 2 kids and a husband so that’s kept me pretty occupied. I’ve royally failed at exercising and have been eating too much in my opinion (moment of truth) but trust me I feel it not just physically but mentally. I’ve been feeling completely bummed out but I know I need to just deal with it and exercise.
Sooo there it is, that’s what’s been going on… I hope to update more but I need to get my life in order I feel like I’m all over the place. Ugh.
I walk, and I try to eat healthy but for some reason I can’t get myself to get into a exercise routine. Arg. It’s so frustrating because I know I could tone up and lose weight faster then I am but everytime I even think about I get tired. I stay tired! I’m always doing something and all I think about is sitting and relaxing because that sounds sooooo nice. So I sit instead of exercising in the evening.
Just got my phone back yay! (broke last week)
Started school Monday, attempting to potty train but not pushing it and exercising!
Today so far I’ve done day one of a burpee challenge, 20 squats, 20 lunges and I’m going to keep moving :)
HW: 143 (153 pregnant baby 2)
UGW: 105ish/toned eh really just fitting back into my clothes without a muffintop

Thursday I ran 2.50 miles, did ab challenge and other random workout
Friday I did nothing but house work, and potty training.
Today more house work and we’ll see what else it’s only midday.

Sorry I didn’t really post anything this weekend but my friends came over from Texas, so I was busy!
So we did the 5k yesterday and we had a blast! My husband did it in 28 mins and I did it in 33 mins! I woke up pretty sore today but all is good :-)
Anyways today is Sunday so time for church and family then back at on Monday I’m pretty motivated to do more running now!

Okay sorry if I stop counting days lol I keep losing track anywayssss.
….not much else but clean all day and sweat my house is like a steam room I swear! Missouri is so humid and I’m trying to conserve electricity so I haven’t turned on the a/c so it’s HOT! Maybe that’s why I’m so tired! The heat grr!
