Well guys it’s been a busy week. I walked a lot, did squats and now my husband and I are doing a 3 days juice cleanse…veggies and fruits! Let’s see how it goes, if we just stay hungry we’ll be adding in smoothies. 

Now time to clean and care for my babies.

After having two kids…my body is under reconstruction

HW: 153 (pregnant)
SW: 104 (before baby #1)
AW: 123 (before baby #2)

AW Now: 140 (after baby this is what I was. stuck on)
CW: 134 (working on it…) 132 (still on it…)

GW: 115

UGW: to fit back into clothes, even if I weigh more then my GW due to muscle.

My babies are now 20 months & 3 months old.

…yoga time!

Weather is going to be nice today! I need to clean around house some, hopefully do some yoga and oooooh my favorite MOW the lawn :D then maybe go on a walk with the babies. I’m so happy with the weather right now. 

Yesterday I did yoga, 30 mins on treadmill.

Today I did yoga again, mowed the lawn for 2hrs and walked 1 mile….I’d say I’m on a row!

I felt very productive today :D I had so much energy. I finshed mowing front half of lawn while wearing baby this morning. I worked in the garden in the afternoon,did some yoga for stretching after that and cleaned the house.

And I just did a 30 min mountain walk on treadmill! Wooo.

Tomorrow going to be just as productive.

….now time to do some morning yoga before church

So headaches are gone but I think I have an ulcer not related to headache but it explains my stomach pain. I changed my diet to avoid irritants like spicy and acidic foods and bam stomach pain hasn’t bother me today so I guess that helps. Also my hubby is off for the weekend so we spent most of the day working outside. I mowed the lawn, spent two hours and burned 1,500+ calories according to my hr monitor woot woot. We’re on 10 acres I got half of the front yard done. My legs hurt at this point and I think I’m done for the day …hmm I’ll probably be sore tomorrow. Anyways that was my day. Ciao.

30 Day Shred

So I did 75% of Day 1 and I might just re do this tomorrow. My son started crying all crazy so I stopped. I need to workout while my kids are asleep because not only was my son crying but my daughter decided to sit on my face lol while I was doing abs and held onto my legs whenever she could when I was standing. . Haha i love my kiddos. I’ll do again tomorrow.
