Changing my life.

I been thinking about my life and what I haven’t been doing right (in several areas, not just eating habits, etc) and I realized that I need to get my priorities straight. Its amazing how even the smallest change can make a difference in your life and even in others around you in a good or a bad way. Right now I want to focus on finishing school, changing my family eating habits, just overall living a clean and healthy lifestyle not only for myself, but for my husband and my 8 month old daughter. I will not raise my daughter on fastfood, chips, candy, etc..there’s enough obesity in America as it is and my baby Grace will not be one of them. I know that the only way I can stay clear of that is if I change our eating habits, where we no longer desire a burger or soda or whatever and it needs to start with me. The past couple months I really slacked, ate whatever and drank a ton of soda and I changed. I gained weight, felt disgusting and lost motivation to get back into my old clothes (that I wore before my pregnancy) and I needed something to give me that push and thankfully I did have someone to motivate me and still is pushing me because I force myself to walk, run or do any sort of workout videos. I hope at some point to I will maybe enjoy working out :) and I will be in the best shape ever. Right now I been running/walking almost 2 weeks straight and I’ve already lost 2lbs and a couple inches around the waist and I hope that maybe sometime soon if I keep up the hard work I will fit back into my clothes!

Ah just a little of my rant today!

I want a treadmill and I’m determined to get one before summer ends.
